Support at Home: What’s in, what’s out…

Support at Home has introduced flexibility as well as risk. Across the country and in QANDA we keep hearing the same question: What do we do when the guidance doesn’t give an answer?

This session is about building defensible judgement in the grey.

What this briefing covers

  • The shift in expectations: from rule-following to defensible judgement

  • Separating personal expense, SaH support and other system’s responsibility

  • Handling common grey-zone scenarios

  • Ensuring care plans, service agreements and claims tell the same story

Who should attend

  • Care Managers, Coordinators and Team Leaders

  • Finance, billing and claims teams

  • Operations, governance and compliance leads

  • Executives overseeing service delivery and risk

Speakers

You can trust these speakers to cut through the noise.

Diana Farrow

Diana is an experienced allied health leader with a strong background in operations, compliance and service delivery. She brings practical, real-world insight into how smarter technology can help providers improve systems and deliver high-quality, compliant care.

Paul Sadler

Few people have as much experience in the aged care sector as Paul. He’s been a national and state CEO of aged care industry associations, CEO of a major aged care provider, and influencer of ageing policy, disability and community care programs for both national and state governments. He actually enjoys staying on top of the detail and is always ready to share his wisdom and insights.

Roland Naufal

Roland has built (and at times threatened) his career by being outspoken about things that matter. He has over three decades of experience – from aged care CEO and Age Friendly Cities expert to the founder of DSC, Australia’s best known NDIS educators. This led him to ask the question: if radical honesty worked for Australia’s disability sector, then why not aged care, too? And here we are, folks.

We will continue to build the Invox reputation for delivering practical expertise without the bureaucratic mumbo jumbo.
