What just landed & what you should do

The clock’s ticking. From 1 July, CHSP providers will be operating under new rules, new reporting obligations, and a new service framework.

Over the past month, the Department has dropped a flood of critical documents. We’ll make sense of what’s been released, what it means for your day-to-day operations, and what actions to take now. If the updated CHSP Program Manual is released in time, we’ll cover that too.

This is your chance to hear directly from sector experts and get answers to the questions still hanging in the air.

This briefing will cover:

  • The updated CHSP Service Catalogue for 2025–27 – including what’s new, what’s gone, and what’s renamed

  • What the DEX Exchange Toolkit means for your internal systems and reporting

  • How to navigate the new Data Exchange Dictionary

  • The Provider Operational Readiness – Priority Actions List

  • And (if released) the updated CHSP Program Manual – what’s clarified, what’s missing, and what’s next

Whether you’re already deep in prep or only just turning your attention to July, this briefing will help focus your efforts and avoid last-minute chaos.

Speakers

You can trust Jodi, Paul and Matt to cut through the noise.

Jodi Livesley

He’s been a national and state CEO of aged care industry associations, CEO of a major aged care provider, and influencer of ageing policy, disability and community care programs for both national and state governments. He actually enjoys staying on top of the detail and is always ready to share his wisdom and insights.

Matt Hart

He has a whole bunch of experience as a Finance, Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager assisting business leaders on what to do next to better their bottom line. He’s the guy who pulls apart those unreadable government reports to deliver meaningful insights.

We will continue to build the Invox reputation for delivering practical expertise without the bureaucratic mumbo jumbo.
